This is a collection of American League annual and board of directors meeting minutes starting in 1900 through 1937, and 1972. There are no minutes included in this collection for 1930 through 1933. There are minutes for special meetings, spring meetings and joint meetings between the American, National and Minor Leagues. The handwritten ledger, covering 1900 to 1909, was typewritten for the American League clubs in 1959, and Boston's copy is included.
