From the Series:
The materials in this series consist of 132 picture postcards from the 1940s and 1950s, signed by players, arranged alphabetically by last name. The postcards consist of portraits, action shots, and posed action shots of Major League players and managers. A number of postcards carry a pre-written message from a specific team, such as the St. Louis Cardinals.
