Biographical / Historical
In the late 1960s through 1970s, a series of baseball games were played between a team of New York press people and a Venezuelan media team. These games were held in both the United States and Venezuela, and played in both major league stadiums and smaller established fields, such as at the New York Military Academy in West Point, New York.

Appraisal
No materials were removed when accessioned. While processing, photographs were re-located to the Photo Archives, duplicate materials were disposed of.

Materials were placed into acid-free folders and placed in a document box.
