From the Collection:

A collection of cartoons created by Little Willy King. His primary subject are the Chattanooga Lookouts of the Southern League, also known as the Southern Association, Joe Engel, and the Atlanta Crackers. His cartoons are drawn in pencil and are matted. Many are not dated, but seem to fall in the 1940s into the 1950s.
